How long does it take to complete an order?
Orders are processed right after check-out and are confirmed with our team before starting or shipping any products.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please feel free to reach out to us through email with your order number and we will look to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders take 3 to 12 days to process and ship, depending on the item purchased as well as availability. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that all our items are hand-made to provide you with the best quality.
What is the best way to wash the products?
Best method to preserve the quality and prevent any damages overtime is to wash with cold water and light cycle followed by hand drying all our products.
What if there are damages upon arrival?
We have a 10-day return policy, please be sure to take pictures of the damages and send this to our returns team, hello@archahome.com. We will work efficiently to resolve any issues.
